There are few occasions that I am without lipstick. In fact, one can always be found in my purse, on my desk, in my coat pocket (oh, and on my lips [well duh]), so it’s no surprise that I’m crushing hard on the ColourPop Fall Edit Lip Bundles (click here).
Given that this is my first go at ColourPop lipstick (or ColourPop anything, if you can believe it) I felt a post was in order #becausewhythehellnot, amiright? My excessive – if not admirable – use of internet slang/jargon/general gibberish aside, I’m falling hard for these hues (pun most definitely intended).
I absolutely love fall tones and with that nudes, too. Why I’ve a particular fondness for the ColourPop Fall Edit Lip Bundles is their emphasis on these shades. The lipstick bundles included here are Out and About and Up and Away (I’m already well stocked on berry hues, which is why I omitted Can You Knot from my purchase).
If you’re at all familiar with ColourPop (and even if you’re not) you’ll know that their lipsticks sell for just $6 a pop. Even better – these fall bundles are three to a pack and sell for $15 each (talk about wowzers).
While ColourPop’s Ultra Matte Lips are among their more popular items, I have to say that I prefer the finish and wear of their Ultra Satin Lips. Both provide outstanding pigmentation, however the satin formula is significantly more comfortable, particularly for all-day wear.
Generally speaking, the formula of ColourPop’s matte lips aren’t always consistent – that and I find they apply a little bit too thickly. Nonetheless, their staying power is uhhhmazing (think A.M. coffee, lunch and beyond) and I find that only one touch-up is needed throughout the day.
If you’re looking to stock your fall lipstick collection, the ColourPop Fall Edit Lip Bundles are it (as in must-have, need now, what-in-the-H-are-you-waiting-for).
